Katharina is a curious, rigorous thinker who starts with evidence and turns it into something practical. At Pinta, she supports organisations through research, strategic analysis, and programme development, helping turn complex information and challenges into clear, practical solutions. Her background spans regulated pharmaceutical and clinical environments, financial services, and the public sector, where she draws on analytical methods, research practice, and industry observation to identify patterns, assess trends, benchmark performance, and translate findings into practical recommendations, programmes, and implementation approaches. She holds a science degree in Psychology, including training in research methods and statistical analysis, complemented by experience in scientific research and design. This multidisciplinary background enables her to combine analytical rigour, regulatory awareness, and creative problem-solving to develop evidence-based insights and practical solutions to complex problems. 'You don’t need the whole path, just somewhere to start.
