Pinta has a new look, reflecting how we’ve grown, where we are today, and where we’re heading next.

On 8 October 2026, we unveiled a refreshed Pinta brand identity, bringing together our consultancy, creative, and translation capabilities under one clear, unified brand.

And there’s something we’re particularly proud of: we built it ourselves.

Our Creative team, formerly known as the Multimedia team, led the rebrand from strategy and visual identity through to the new website, photography, typography, messaging, and wider brand system.

So, what changed, why did we do it, and how did we turn our own brand into a reflection of what Pinta can do for its clients?

Why did Pinta rebrand?

Pinta has changed significantly since the original brand was created almost 20 years ago.

Founded in 2008, Pinta built its reputation through hands-on consultancy, particularly across Ireland’s pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Since then, we’ve grown into a broader consultancy and creative partner, supporting clients across industries not only with consultancy, but also creative design, multimedia, eLearning, web design, branding, immersive experiences, and translation services.

Our brand needed to catch up.

Following Pinta’s acquisition by BPVA Limited in February 2025 and a period of significant growth, we saw an opportunity to create an identity that better represented the breadth of what we do today and pave the way for where we’re going next.

The goal wasn’t to reinvent Pinta. It was to make Pinta more recognisably Pinta.

Does the new brand capture who Pinta is?

That was one of the biggest questions we asked throughout the process.

Before designing anything, we looked inward. We revisited our values, our mission, the work we deliver and, most importantly, the people who make Pinta what it is. We also gathered input from across the business through surveys and listening sessions.

What emerged was a brand that should feel welcoming, inspired, and confident.

Those three ideas became a creative north star.

The new identity combines warmth and professionalism, bringing together confident colours, approachable language, considered photography and a clean, flexible visual system.

Our new mission captures the same work we’ve been doing for years:

To deliver bespoke consultancy and creative solutions that empower our clients to navigate challenges, unlock potential, move forward with confidence, and drive real impact.

What does the new Pinta logo represent?

At the centre of the new identity is our new logo: a stylised location pin with a hidden P at its centre.

The location pin represents navigation, direction, and forward momentum - reflecting the role we play in helping organisations navigate complexity and move confidently towards what’s next.

The P at its centre reinforces the Pinta identity while representing our role at the heart of our client partnerships.

We’ve also introduced an identifier version featuring Consultancy. Creative. It reflects the two sides of our business and makes it easier for people discovering Pinta for the first time to understand where our expertise lies.

The logo also connects directly to our new tagline:

Navigating what’s next, together.

The logo is more than a new visual mark. It gives the brand a simple idea that can extend across everything we create.

How did we build the visual identity?

A logo is only one part of a brand.

Our Creative team developed a complete brand system designed to work across everything, including:

  • Brand guidelines: A complete guide to help our organisation understand, use and bring the new brand to life consistently.

  • Logo and tagline: A new visual expression of Pinta.

  • Colour palette: Inspired by Ireland, from deep blues and greens to warmer accents.

  • Website: A completely redesigned digital home, created by our in-house website development team from the ground up. We also expanded how we showcase our services, giving our consultancy, creative and translation offerings their own dedicated spaces with more detail.

  • Brand video: A visual introduction to the new Pinta, bringing our identity, personality, and people to life through motion.

  • Typography: A clear, modern typographic system designed to be practical across digital and print.

  • Iconography: A flexible icon system that brings consistency and personality to our communications.

  • Photography: A visual library combining authentic Pinta photography with carefully curated, dramatic, eye-catching imagery of Irish landscapes and architecture to cities, people, and workspaces.

  • Business cards & email signatures: Practical brand touchpoints in our everyday interactions and keep Pinta front and centre.

  • Launch campaign: Designed to introduce the new Pinta internally and externally, including blogs, press releases, social content, internal communications, and training.

  • Other graphic elements

Why did we build the brand ourselves?

We could have brought in an external branding agency.

Instead, we chose to use the expertise already sitting within Pinta.

Our Creative team has worked alongside our consultants and clients for years, developing everything from logos, brand identities, websites, brand eLearnings, branded videos, launch communications, and immersive experiences to bring a brand to life.

That gave us something particularly valuable when working on our own brand: we understand what it takes to turn a brand strategy into something people actually use.

We weren’t just designing a logo. We were building a practical brand system that our whole organisation could understand and apply.

And because we know the realities of working with busy teams, accessibility, consistency and usability were just as important as aesthetics.

What does the rebrand mean for Pinta’s clients?

For our clients, the biggest change is what they see.

Behind the scenes, our focus remains the same: understanding what our clients need and working collaboratively to deliver meaningful results.

The refreshed identity simply gives us a stronger, more cohesive way to represent that work.

It also gives clients a clearer view of the breadth of expertise available through Pinta, from consultancy and organisational development to creative, communications, digital, eLearning and translation services.
